AEROGEL BLANKET INSULATION SYSTEMS.

High-performance thermal insulation from −200 °C to +1200 °C.

ICORSYS provides advanced aerogel blanket insulation for industrial use in extreme temperature environments. Our materials ensure effective thermal insulation across applications requiring resistance to cryogenic temperatures (−200 °C) as well as high-temperature stability (up to +1200 °C).

These flexible and durable thermal insulation blankets are used in LNG pipelines, cold storage tanks, chemical reactors, high-temperature process lines, and power plant infrastructure. They offer low thermal conductivity, fire resistance, and installation flexibility – making them ideal for industrial insulation systems with strict efficiency and safety requirements.

ICORSYS Silica Blanket offers flexible high-temperature insulation based on advanced silica fiber technology. Designed for industrial applications requiring thermal protection up to +1000 °C, it delivers exceptional performance with low thermal conductivity and minimal thickness.

Typical use cases include refinery pipes, process chambers, kilns, and chemical reactors – wherever traditional insulation fails under thermal stress. The non-combustible, lightweight structure and hydrophobic properties make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Rigid thermal insulation for temperatures up to +1000 °C

ICORSYS TP 1000 Aerogel Panels offer high-performance thermal insulation in a rigid, hydrophobic format. Developed for demanding industrial environments, these panels combine low thermal conductivity with structural durability and are suitable for applications up to +1000 °C. TP 1000 is ideal for use in high-temperature processing zones, power generation plants, thermal enclosures, and energy-critical infrastructures. With its 300 kg/m³ density and 10 mm panel thickness, it ensures precision insulation even in space-constrained applications – with full resistance against heat, moisture and mechanical stress.
